Easy Tagging lets you create rules that add or remove tags on your orders, products, and customers. You can write a rule in plain English and the AI assistant generates the conditions. Rules apply automatically to new records, and you can run them across your existing catalog. Combine conditions across multiple record types in a single rule, and schedule rules to run on a recurring interval. app is great but customer service is dreadful. so much so i am just moving to another app that does the same thing. not as good as your app but at least i get support and returned emails and chat support.

The app seems to be able to accomplish what we need, however the dashboard isn't the most straightforward. I've contact support several times and no response for several days now, and unfort the app is double tagging somethings incorrectly. Will be deleting unless resolved soon.

Doest not support tagging customers with a Tag from "locale" value. Not recommended for segmenting customers
