I have not yet launched my website, but the set up experience with Easy Subscription has been brilliant so far - the team is very helpful and quick to respond and help with any requests/difficulties. We recently made the switch to Easy Subs for our coffee subscription business, and I'm so glad we did! It works with Shopify perfectly, and is very straightforward to set up. But most importantly, the support team is phenomenal. I needed to rely on them quite a bit for some of the trickier accounts to migrate and the team has been so responsive and helpful. I feel like they're part of my own team!
