Nikki did a great job of helping me today. The only issue I have is that there is no manual sync button to keep your collections synced to Shopify. This should happen automatically but only one sub-collection got added. They are working on the problem.

Beware of DSers' refund tactics. They promised a full $49.90 refund, but only returned ~$40—shorting the total by deducting $7.48 in "Shopify fees" and $1.45 in "processing fees." When confronted, they refuse to take accountability and continuously tell you to ask Shopify for reimbursement. It’s terrible. I accidentally subscribed—there was a free trial period, so I cancelled immediately—but the cancellation didn't go through. I was forced to wait for the charge to process before applying for a refund, and even after contacting support to request one, I still ended up being charged $10.
