Disputifier: Smart Chargebacks

Porfavor no descarguen esta app. Te hacen cobros que no corresponden, contactas con ellos y te faltan al respeto, además de poner excusas. Shopify debería eliminarla de la Shopify App Store. Como podeis ver en la respuesta a este comentario, ante cualquier error que cometen, solo saben echarle la culpa a los clientes y poner excusas. Wish I could give -10 stars. Stay away from these mafias. Worst experience ever. This App is disgusting, It costed $317 for just two orders in the name of chargeback prevention. Stay away, do not use this service. I really doubt their 5 star reviews as well (Anyone can buy those reviews nowadays).

Terrible software. Most disputes still go through anyway, making the service almost pointless. Support has been completely useless, and multiple times they simply closed the chat when I asked why disputes kept being received without alerts or whether my payment processor integration was even set up correctly. The store went down due to a hold, so I notified Disputifier that I wanted to disconnect the store. That was possible, but chargebacks continued for the first 7 days. Absurd, of course. Then, after those 7 days, they still charge you for the chargebacks even though they don’t do anything about them—you can’t dispute them, and you don’t get reimbursed. The worst app ever, they accept an automatic refund from a buyer that claimed a custom order that was successfully delivered as fraudulent without investigation or hearing my side of the story and they claim the can’t do anything about it and they charged us extra $17 don’t rely on them they are SCAM. They don’t fight any chargeback and don’t support their own.

SCAMS i havent checked my invoices for a while. checked recenlty and found out they been charging me +25% fees, and worse of all, they havent replied to any chargebacks, I lost all cases + been charged 25%. absolute scammers.

They randomly falesly charged me 1300 USD bill today. Contacting shopify support to claim back my money
