great app, they have a feature called RESOLVE no other app currently as far as I know and it's really helpful for decreasing chances of a chargebacks. also great support they helped me onboard quick and with ease.

Extremely disappointed with how Disputely handles ETHOCA alerts. The entire purpose of ETHOCA notifications is to prevent chargebacks by alerting merchants early so the issue can be resolved before a dispute is filed. Probably the worst app to use if you want to actually fight AND prevent chargebacks. Everyone working there is slow to respond, slow to solve issues, and don't care.
