Customer service was quick and helped me problem-solve effectively.

So far so good! We just downloaded the app and needed a bit of help to get started. I was able to chat with someone live and they helped me resolve my issue super quickly. Excited to use the app and thankful to see there's a good support experience available when needed!

The app is exactly what we were looking for with upselling customers to increase their AOV by reaching order totals to qualify for free gifts and free shipping. So far so good! Had a slight hiccup with the setup, discount was not showing on the PDP. I used their support chat and to my surprise someone responded rather quick and we got it all squared away. That's my kind of support. Things don't always go perfect every time but if someone is there to step in and fix it fast, not much more I could ask for.

Finally find the perfect discount app!!!! I tried 10 before this one!!!!

I ran into a problem when I started implementing this app. But I contacted the team on chat and after a few minutes Rory came onto the chat. He understood my challenge straight away and made a workaround combined with some coding on his side, and then all worked as I expected. Super cool!!!!!!

Very helpful support, fair free plan options. A little bit complicated in setting up specific cases but I've been getting clear instructions. Quite the helpful and powerful tool with a lot of options for customization, too!
