I've just started using Alva Digital Downloads so I'll add another review later. But I wanted to share my story. After unloading all my videos - 54 of them - I was unsure if a few of them didn't load. Tom took the time to go through every one of them and let me know which ones were good, which needed to be redone. There were quite a few redo's.
