Segítőkész az ügyfélszolgálat, és jól működik az app, az MPL és a GLS csomagpontokat is jól kezeli. A kezdeti beállítás picit trükkös volt, de gyorsan segítettek.

The Digiloop Pickup & Delivery app is quite unstable. Often, the cart option doesn’t even show up, preventing customers from proceeding with their orders. On the payment page, it frequently fails to display the correct delivery options. These issues have caused me financial losses multiple times, and I have never been compensated. Az app-al vannak problemak, tobb reszben is. A customer support (Peter) nem a legsegitokeszebb es a valaszok sem mondhatok a legprofeszionalisabbnak. A hosszu minimum 15 perces valaszokrol nem is beszelve. Elobb-utobb megoldodik valoszinuleg minden, csak kar, hogy inkabb utobb mintsem hamarabb.
