This app is so helpful. We use it already for our 2 store. Customer service is very supportive and they tried to understand what our store needs. They also support some code configuration. I've used this app for a number of years and it helps me to keep track of my orders and deliveries. The staff are very helpful whenever I have a question.

AVOID. Orders were missing tags, and every time I wrote to ask why, they'd say they werent able to replicate it, etc etc. They were rarely able to fix the issue, and I often had to contact the customers personally to find out missing details. I finally uninstalled it, but it still left code behind messing with the functionality of my store.
