One question at a time on your thank-you and order status pages, when buyers are most willing to answer. Start with attribution, then go deeper: build a whole question set, add follow-ups that only appear when they fit, and run a different set per product, or for first-time versus returning buyers. Every answer lands on a customer card beside that buyer's lifetime value. Reward finishers with a free gift, or a unique one-use discount code created in your Shopify and tracked to redemption.
