Customer Luv Surveys について
Customer Luv Surveys asks one question at a time on your order status page, immediately after checkout, when customers are most likely to answer. Ask where they heard about you, then branch with conditional follow-ups — "Google search" can ask what they searched. Every answer ties to the order, charts in your admin with response rates, and can save to the customer's Shopify profile. Sync Klaviyo and GA4, match your checkout's look, mark questions required, and celebrate with a gift.
