Got my order in 5 business days which is not bad at all. I was curious about their DIGISOFT®. It is just regular DTF. Definitely not anything special. I was hoping for a nice new industry print method but it's just a marketing ploy. Otherwise its decent DTF. Slight banding on my print but passable.

Tried to like this POD but their print quality consistently failed to measure up. Customers constantly sending photos of print washing off on first wash. Customer service is prompt to reply but who cares about that when i don't have repeat customers due to poor quality. I had to go find a better POD.

I use customcat for their relatively fast turnaround on drinkware. Relatively fast unless their system auto-bans your design and you have to wait days for them to manually approve it. Their graphic printing on mugs is good in most cases unless it's a photo. In such a case do not use customcat because the print will be way too dark, no matter how many times they reprint it.
