CustomerEye について

CustomerEye simulates how different types of customers browse your online store. You choose a customer persona, and an AI shopper walks through your store page by page, generating thoughts, reactions, and a final experience score. Each simulation shows what a specific type of customer notices, struggles with, or appreciates. Results include a scored report with observations from each step of the journey, helping you identify friction points and usability issues before real customers.
