CoreAgents: AI Store Copilot について

CoreAgents adds an AI shopping and support assistant to your storefront. It helps shoppers find products, compare options, ask questions about your catalog, and check order status and tracking. Customize the assistant with your store name, greeting, and accent color. When it cannot resolve a request, it sends the conversation and relevant details to your team through email, Zendesk, or Gorgias, so shoppers receive help without having to repeat themselves.
