We've been using Consio to run our phone operations and sales and it's been great. Their AI Voice agent for Shopify is fully integrated in our commerce data and can run very complex troubleshooting calls about our water softener system. Consio has built a fantastic outbound sales system for shopify. Day 1 we had their phone platform patched into Shopify, Gorgias, and Klaviyo with one of their sourced sales agents.
