COD Guard について
COD Guard scores every cash-on-delivery order as soon as Shopify receives it. It validates the customer's phone number and email address, and detects delivery addresses whose details contradict each other, then rates the order low, medium, or high risk. Medium and high risk orders are tagged in Shopify so your team can pause and review them before shipping. Inside the app you see the reason behind each score, set your own risk threshold, and block repeat offenders by phone, email, or name.
