Says there is a free trial. But charged me the full price for the plan. When I reached out about it they stated I had the app in the past. I don't remember EVER using this app. But if I did it is ok, I just want to be refunded because apparently I didn't like it because I don't even remember it. I couldn't have had it installed long at all.

It is getting worse and worse. The more they raise their prices, the lower the quality becomes. The system constantly gets stuck in loops, is extremely difficult to work with, and logs me out every time I use it on my smartphone. The whole experience is incredibly frustrating. Even the FAQ content is no longer properly recognised by Google Search Console, which creates additional problems for web...

App bugging. We lost 1 day of customer support. We lost many customer requests. Customer support was not hurry to fix the problem. As a small company, we cannot afford to lose customer trust.

So far, customer service has been amazing. I am not sure if I have addressed all my concerns yet.
