Chargeback: Auto Prevention について

Chargeback is an automated chargeback prevention app. It alerts you when a customer initiates a dispute. This allows you to automatically refund the transaction, stopping the chargeback. This protects your Shopify from shutdown, money holds, and fees. We work with almost all payment processors, helping you to maintain smooth operations with a low chargeback rate. This does not work together with alerts from Chargeblast, Disputifier, Chargeflow, or any other provider. Not sure how they got a 4.9 star review, but this system is junk!! What they don't provide on the information, is that they only cover orders placed after you sign up and activate with them. So if you have a customer that placed an order prior, you then active their system, then you get a chargeback, they wont cover it. Even though you are all set up in their system. What a waste!! This company has no customer service, takes ages to get someone. Every time you need them, it's impossible. Now I have uninstalled and am moving to another company and need them to release the descriptor, but they are ignoring me and not replying back. I will have to contact all relevant parties and Shopify also, as this is bad to treat their clients this way.
