ChangeMyOrder について

ChangeMyOrder helps merchants handle post-purchase order edits without long support back-and-forth. Customers can submit requests from a storefront portal using their order number and email, then choose what they need to change, such as shipping address, product or variant replacement, contact details, or cancellation requests. Each request appears in an admin review queue where merchants can approve or reject with full context. The app includes request tracking, status visibility, audit history
