Had some issues setting up at first but that was hardly a issue with how good the support team on this app is, super responsive and helpful. def worth the money if not more!

I run a toy business that is very heavy on pre-orders. This app is now an essential part of my business and does everything I need from pre-orders to buy now, ship later options. It's a great app that has a great self-set up tutorial and holds your hand in setting it up. The best part is the support is great. Even when i was on the free tier they helped me greatly whenever I ran into any issues....

Great app! Managing held orders and pre-orders used to be such a hassle, lots of manual back-and-forth, but now it's smooth and easy for both us and our customers. On top of that, the customer service is honestly some of the best we've dealt with. Quick and very helpful! Highly recommend to any merchant looking to streamline their workflow!
