I was having high hope about this app but somehow I can hear the person that I call but they cannot hear me. Same when they call me I cannot hear them. I emailed three times but only with one reply asking what version of the app I was using and it the app I just install from the app store. I installed this app but never subscribed to any monthly plan. I uninstalled it, yet I was still charged $20 for a monthly subscription. I also cannot find a clear way to cancel or remove the charge. This feels misleading and very frustrating. Please refund the charge and make the cancellation process clear.

It claims an AI agent handles calls 24/7 with FAQs. However , there is no specific settings in the app to set up the AI agent.

0 stars!!! Upon install of the app, text does not go through at all to anyone. tried testing several people without the txt being delivered. emailed support 10 days ago without a response. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Dont like it. Cause you cannot unsubscribe from trial and they still charge you money. You've to write to shopify support and ask for assistance. waste time. This is not good at all.
