We've been using Bold for several years now. We were a bit anxious of switching from V1 to the new version, but I must say that 1: The tool works great, but even better 2: the support is great. (Shout out to Daniel, Krupa and Chandan) Would definitely recommend.

I'm just getting started with the app, but I have to say that Irfan in customer service is AMAZING. I had a little trouble getting a few things to work and he took careof them all quickly and also sent me instructions so if I could do it myself if I needed to fix something in the future.

I needed help with a subscription question, and in no time at all, Bhumi had helped me with the concern I had. I'm very pleased with this app, and it's really helping me grow my mail club subscription! The customer service is fantastic.

For a long time, we had trouble creating a page where customers could manage their subscriptions themselves. With the help of support, we finally managed to do so today, and we would like to thank Daniel P once again for being so helpful and patient.

The Bold Subscriptions app has an excellent technical team and customer service, as they respond quickly and efficiently to any questions that may arise while using the app. The app works properly without interruptions, providing a complete solution for offering subscription products. This version cut out a lot of features used in the previous version

Bold has the worst support. They do not care for your issue. No one contacts you and support tickets go in AI loop forever. If you have a chance use another app

Not useful and difficult to cancel. Can't effectively manage subscriptions. So their entire business model is based around customers forgetting about their app and leaving auto pay on.

Please GOD can someone help me?!?! Can anyone suggest an alternative app that I can retain these last remaining customers???? I'm DYING to find an alternative to this nightmare of an app. We used Bold v1 for years and everything was fine. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP!!!

My experience with the AI chat bot was 100% negative. When I asked to speak with an agent, it attempted to deny my request multiple times until I told it that it was upsetting me.
