Hi, I'm Marcus and I would like to thank the outstanding service given by the Blocky team, specifically Anne. She gave me a month of free credit for which I'm extremely grateful for. She supported me when I was in my lowest and had no money at all. Now I have the chance to run my shopify store without financial strain for the next month and this is all thanks to Anne. Additionally, she was patie...

I had an excellent experience with the support team. After uninstalling the app I used during the free trial, I encountered some billing issues, and Anne went above and beyond to help me resolve them. The communication was professional, friendly, and impressively fast — she followed my case until everything was fully resolved, including the refund. It’s rare to find such dedicated and genuinely ca...

Great customer support! Anne from the support team provided excellent support throughout the entire process. She was kind, responsive, and genuinely willing to help. Thank you, Anne! The product itself is also very useful. You can easy clone Shopify stores with AI, which can save a lot of time when building or analyzing stores.

A good selection of sections that look to be high converting. Amazing support staff (especially Anne). I'm looking forward to them being more options out!

Dear Blockly Support Team, I am writing to request a refund for a $39.99 charge that was made after the three-day free trial period. I had already canceled my subscription before the trial period ended, but I was still charged $39.99. Since I canceled the subscription in advance, I believe this charge was made in error. I would appreciate it if you could review my account and issue a full refun...

After I canceled my subscription, they deleted absolutely everything from my website! All my content is gone. This is completely unacceptable and ruined months of hard work. Avoid this app at all costs!

My experience with Blocky was very disappointing. I installed the app, canceled my plan immediately, and didn’t use it at all, yet $39.99 was charged to my account without any prior notice. This shows a lack of transparency in payment policies and poor customer support. For new users or anyone trying the app, it is extremely frustrating
