The locks look like they work, but they do not actually protect anything. We learned this the hard way. We locked a private collection. When we added inventory, people with no access checked out and bought the locked products. After we complained, support pointed us to a separate "checkout lock" feature we were never told we needed. The locks barely ever work out of the box. There is always some component that doesn't work correctly, so customers can find ways around the locks. When you contact customer support, they will first not believe you and act annoyed, give snarky answers, and be rude. Stay away if you can.

The customer service rep (Chloe) through the chat was so helpful and patient while I worked to navigate how I wanted everything set up!
