Transform your store's customer service. After install, you get a dedicated number and Ava syncs products, orders, and policies. On inbound calls, Ava answers product and policy questions, looks up orders, texts tracking numbers & can process refunds while the shopper is on the line. Calls are recorded and transcribed. On outbound, Ava calls shoppers who abandon checkout, answers objections, and can text the checkout link mid-call. Train Ava from docs, pasted text, catalog scan, or URL crawl.
