STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. CAUTION This is by far the worst Shopify app experience I’ve ever had. Within DAYS of installing, they pulled every single contact from my store without my permission, automatically added them into their system, and then used that as an excuse to auto-upgrade my plan and start charging me THOUSANDS of dollars for an app I wasn’t even actively USING. Pathetic customer service. Their free plan provides 500 emails per month. I have only sent 100 emails and they are showing that monthly quota has expired for more than a month now. I reached out to the customer support and its been 2 weeks. I am yet to get a solution on this trivial issue

The problem with this app is they count on your forgetting that over time this app will cost more and more regardless if your income goes up or not because its based on the size of your customer database which grows with time even if your income stays the same.
