The app does what it promises, but it's disappointing that merchants have to pay an extra $15 for functionality that Shopify itself should provide out of the box. Exporting store data is a basic administrative feature and shouldn't require a paid third-party app.

The app is overall good, but they do not support in displaying the 'Cost per item' field which is very basic when exporting Orders. I contacted them regarding this issue a few months ago, but they did not get back with an update.

Allows download and upload of data via command line and therefore automation. Great app! (it would be nice to see the filename of the Job, and a copy job function to ease transfer from Dev to Live, but that is just me being picky)

I am user of Matrixify last 5 years, this one is better - it allows me to publish Videos to 1k+ products without creating duplicates. **Huge breakthrough**. Whoever coded this understood the subtleties of what Matrixify (not really updated functionality in a while) was capable of, and improved. Altera is a truly fantastic Ap. I can easily import/export all my Shopify products (70,000+) and it is really easy to use & navigate. And the customer support Altera provides is the best I have received on Shopify. 10 out of 10.
