Our service helps you comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), ensuring that your store is easy to use and navigate for everyone. With our help, you can create a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all of your customers. We provide accessibility options which users can select under the widget, as well as background features that resolves some of accessibility issues arising on your site.

Widget is extremely unattractive, large and obnoxious. They make you upgrade just to adjust the size of the widget, so if you have a chat widget (which most of us do) your customers will ironically have zero access to crucial elements on your website because there will simply be no screen space left. This application alters the styles on my site even when it is not enabled. This overrides media queries, effectively breaking the responsiveness of the site. Not sure why they would do this, but it is a major negative aspect. If you care about the font sizes on your website, do not use this application.
