E-invoices per EN 16931 from every order, including gross prices and buyers without a VAT ID.

From 2027 and 2028, invoices between businesses in Germany must be e-invoices, whether or not your customer has a VAT ID (§14(2) UStG). Faktora creates XRechnung and ZUGFeRD from every order, including gross prices, discounts and partial refunds; the format is tested with the official KOSIT validator. Refunds become credit notes, automatically if you like. Due dates follow your Shopify payment terms, and a month-end check lists paid orders that still have no invoice.
