We wanted something that could answer customer questions without adding more work for our team.
Fetchply was easy to set up and started working with our Shopify store pretty quickly.
It handles common questions about products, shipping, returns, and order details.
The answers feel natural, and the chat widget looks good on the storefront.
It has helped customers get answers while they are still shopping instead of leaving the site.
We also spend less time replying to the same questions over and over.
Overall, it’s a practical app for stores that want faster support and a better shopping experience.

I was finding a live chatbot app that can handle routine queries automatically by AI so i can focus on my business. Also one thing that i was really finding a simple and easy to setup app and to be honest i find fetchply super simple and straight forward. I even setup myself without any hesitation.

One thing that i can say that a straight forward integrations are very good but i like if they can add tiktok to their integrations would be great otherwise am really happy with it.

Fetchply has been a really useful Shopify app for our store. The setup was simple, and it did not feel complicated or overly technical. We were able to connect our store content and train the AI agent around the kind of questions customers usually ask before buying.

What I like most is that it helps answer common Shopify store questions right inside the chat widget, things like product info, shipping, returns, order-related questions, and general store support.
