The team is very flexible to accommodate all my custom needs and extremely responsive in making features happen. I'd say this is the best for owners or team who are AI Native as I can export all my conversations and make ChatGPT to update my knowledge base edits and upload them in bulk. Have replaced Tidio and it has helped us convert more visitors. AskVela definitely has better AI responses than Tidio.
Also, the interface is intuitive. I like that there are many options for the chat bot UI customizations.
