I've been using LenoChat for quite a while now, and one thing I've noticed is that it just keeps getting better with every update.
The pricing is very competitive. It's not like other chat apps where the cheaper plans are missing important features or feel unstable, while the premium options are ridiculously expensive. LenoChat sits with plenty of features at a fair price.
It's very easy to set up and use, and everything works smoothly. The Shopping Assistant and Conversation Starters have been especially useful for my store. They save a lot of time by handling repetitive customer questions, and I really like that product recommendations are based on the products I choose to promote, rather than random AI suggestions.
The AI Guidance and Handoff rules are another standout feature. They're flexible and well thought out, so the AI knows exactly when to answer, when to transfer to a human, and when to show a contact form. That means customers don't get stuck in loops or missed conversations.
The support team has also been fantastic. They genuinely listen to feedback, respond quickly, and keep improving the product based on customer suggestions. It's refreshing to use a product where you can see your feedback turning into real improvements.
Overall, it's a well-designed app that continues to improve. I genuinely think LenoChat has the potential to become one of the leading AI chat apps on Shopify. Highly recommended! Give it a try.
