Report Pundit has a great product and their Customer Service is incredible. They have helped us create custom reports on the fly, with specific details and parameters. Highly suggested if you need detailed reporting from your Shopify store.
The app is great in providing much better reporting than what you get from native Shopify.
What also stands out is the support that you receive from the customer service team.
The team are friendly, helpful, professional and from my experience go beyond the normal level of support you tend to receive.
