We were getting ready to launch a new offer and needed everything to work without any issues. The app was easy to set up, but we had a small problem because of our theme. We contacted support, and they replied very quickly. They found the issue and fixed it in about 20 minutes, so we were able to launch on time. The app works well, and the support team is fast and helpful. It's great to see a team that really cares about its users. I would definitely recommend this app to other Shopify store owners.
