We use Vex on airborne.bike to automatically add the matching fork, plus the seat post shim where a frame needs one, when a customer orders one of our titanium frame kits (Valor, Endeavor, Marauder and Arsenal 7°). A second rule shows a popup so the rider can choose their free Helix headset, ALPHA or BETA. It handles frame-specific parts at $0 cleanly, and the rules are easy to manage once they're set up.
What really sets Vex apart is the support. When we hit a couple of edge cases in live testing, a cart stall and a duplicate add, Felix asked for reproduction steps, found the cause and deployed a fix within days. He also gave us clear guidance on structuring our rules so the auto-add and the choice popup work together. Our retest on all four frames came back clean. Fast, patient, genuinely helpful support from a small team. Highly recommended.
