Stop fake cash on delivery orders: verify buyers by OTP, take partial COD and switch COD to prepaid.
COD King helps Shopify stores sell on cash on delivery (COD) without the losses from fake and refused orders. Add a one-step COD form to product pages and carts. Verify every buyer's phone with OTP on SMS or WhatsApp. Ask risky buyers for partial COD, a small partial payment upfront, using rules by pincode, cart value, product or RTO risk. Confirm COD orders on WhatsApp, SMS or IVR and cancel the ones that go unconfirmed. Add COD fees or prepaid discounts to move buyers to prepaid and cut RTO.
