We've recently moved to the V2 Pro plan, which offers customers the option to pay a deposit when placing an order and the balance when the order is fulfilled. That works perfectly for us.
I had a great experience working with Marie and Tudor from the Timesact team. Marie helped us with setting up Timesact. They both quickly identified and fixed an issue that was preventing the Made to Order button from displaying correctly on our store due to customized code on our website. Not only was the problem resolved promptly, but Tudor also took the time to clearly explain the cause and the solution in an easy-to-understand way.
The Made to Order button, badge, and messaging are now working perfectly across our product and collection pages. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and communication throughout the process was professional, friendly, and thorough.
