Great app with excellent customer support! We experienced an issue with our Shopify theme's cart drawer not updating immediately after adding a free gift.
Tiana and the BOGOS support team were very responsive, professional, and managed to resolve the issue quickly without requiring any changes to our theme.
Everything is now working perfectly. Highly recommended!
Recently installed the BOGOS app, it has already increased sales, with customers being able to see clearly what is on sale and offering upsells, Have had a few questions about the app and the customer service has excellent, this is very important to me to have someone available to talk to at anytime, have been dealing with Anne this morning to help with a few issues and her customer service was brilliant and resolved and improved our stores appearance and function.
