Merchants highly recommend this free analytics tool as a powerful must‑have for ecommerce. Session recordings and heatmaps are praised for revealing how visitors navigate, where they click, get stuck, and exit, helping diagnose bounce rates, ad issues, dead clicks, and UX problems. Merchants say it’s especially useful for new stores to spot loopholes before scaling, with an intuitive dashboard and helpful AI assistant once learned.
Microsoft Clarity is excellent! It records visitor sessions in great detail with well-organized, systematic analytics. It’s such a helpful tool for Shopify stores to check traffic sources and analyze user behavior.
Not sure! The recordings look freezed. Users are not interacting (the most of the recordings). Only show cookies banner for a long time
Works fine when opening separately in a browser. Won't work when in Shopify. Sending MS Clarity support gets a response a few days later asking for screenshots and details. You send the information and then another few days later you get another request for more details. They told me they can see the issue but then need more details. A week and a half in and I got tired of waiting for a fix.
